David Coe serves on the Advisory Board of Freedom Capital Partners, where he provides insight on residential real estate markets, development strategy, and investor engagement. His experience working closely with developers and investors offers valuable perspective on project positioning, capital raising, and execution in competitive markets.
David is a Realtor® and real estate investor specializing in working with developers on residential projects. He leads the Coe Real Estate Group, based in the South Bay of Los Angeles, which is recognized as one of the top-performing teams within Equity Union for residential sales in the region.
Coe Real Estate Group also operates a dedicated new construction division focused on the marketing and sale of infill residential developments throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
As an investor, David was a founding partner of Capital Stack Investments, a firm focused on raising capital and investing in both short- and long-term residential new construction projects. In addition, he founded the South Bay chapter of For Investors By Investors (FIBI), a real estate investment community centered on education and networking, with a strict no-sales environment.
